Please make sure that you fill out and submit an Architectural Review form for any exterior changes, front or rear, that you would like to make to your home. This includes but not limited to sheds, roofs, pools, hot-tubs, ice rinks, and decks etc. 

You can email our property manager, Lyndsey Garvilla, Spinnaker Management to obtain a form.  If you have plans on doing work this summer, plan on submitting the information early as approvals are good for (1) year. If you are interested in volunteering for the ARB Committee, please submit letter of interest via email to lyndsey@spinnakerusa.com.
