Starting today, Monday, July 15, the pool hours will be changed to 12 PM - 8 PM. This adjustment is based on our review of the sign-in book, which indicates that more residents tend to use the pool later in the afternoon. The lunch break will remain at 1:30PM - 2 PM.

Dear Streamside Knolls Community,

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our tennis court renovations. The court is now open for both tennis and pickleball play, and we invite you to enjoy the improved facilities.

New Online Booking System: Reserving your court time is now more convenient than ever with our new online booking system. Simply: 

• Go to the ‘Members Only’ section and select ‘Tennis Court Scheduler’.
• Choose your desired time slot and follow the prompts to complete the booking.

Security Reminder: To ensure the security and upkeep of the court, please make sure to:

• Lock the gate using the provided padlock when you leave.
• Check the Owner Section on our website for the current padlock code.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for all members.

The pool is open from 3pm to 8pm Monday through Friday from Memorial weekend until the pool opens full time on Saturday, June 29th (11am - 7pm).

Lifeguard Lunch breaks will be taken during full time hours from 1:30pm - 2pm. During this time the pool will be closed. 

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following important procedures:

Pool Passes:

• Please remember to bring your pool pass each time you visit the pool.
• Residents are limited to 4 guests per household.
• Show your pool pass to the lifeguard upon entering. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.

Sign-In Sheet:

• Upon arrival, please sign in on the provided sign-in sheet. This is crucial for keeping an accurate record of pool usage and ensuring the safety of all attendees.

Hello Streamside Residents,

TruGreen will be on site, Friday, June 24th , applying the 2nd treatment of lawn fertilization in common lawn areas. Please do not walk or walk your dogs on the lawn for 24 hours after application. If you would like to request the material safety fact sheet, please reply to this email. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please make sure that you fill out and submit an Architectural Review form for any exterior changes, front or rear, that you would like to make to your home. This includes but not limited to sheds, roofs, pools, hot-tubs, ice rinks, and decks etc. 

You can email our property manager, Lyndsey Garvilla, Spinnaker Management to obtain a form.  If you have plans on doing work this summer, plan on submitting the information early as approvals are good for (1) year. If you are interested in volunteering for the ARB Committee, please submit letter of interest via email to lyndsey@spinnakerusa.com.
