Dear Streamside Knolls Residents.

The Social Committee will be kicking off this year’s events with an Easter Egg Hunt! This will be held on Sunday April 17th at 11:00 AM at the clubhouse. If you plan on attending, please text Maria at 917-403-0940 by April 10th with the number of kids participating.

If you are able to assist with donating filled plastic eggs, please drop them off at 16 Cedardale Loop in the box provided.

Save the date ...  September 11th - 3:00PM to 7:00PM - Annual HOA Bloc Party / Picnic

Please join us for our annual Streamside Knolls Block Party / Picnic event between 3pm - 7pm on Saturday, September 11th.

This year we have organized food trucks (between 3pm and 5pm) and an Ice Cream truck (6pm to 7pm)  to cater for our community. A DJ will be on-hand also !

Final Update, July 23^rd. 

Re-surfacing has been completed in it's entirety, Pickleball lines have now been added in Yellow.

Please note a combo lock has been added to the gate to protect the new court and allow access to Streamside residents only. Please refer to members only forum for the code.

Update July 20th : Work re: resurfacing of the Tennis court has been almost completed, yellow pickleball lines will be completed this Friday ( a further 4 hr window will be needed for the line paint to dry before regular access is resumed)

In the interim, Tennis can resume again on the court.

Resurfacing of the Tennis court will start on July 9th, weather permitting. 

The HOA board has approved the following; Courts will be painted in blue with white lines, with the addition of Pickleballs lines in yellow.

Reminder: Power Washing – upon inspections, it was noticed that about 25% of the community is in need of power washing the exterior of homes.

If your home needs it, please make it is completed by July 31st to avoid any fines.

An inspection will be done the 1st week in August 2021.

Hello Streamside Residents,

It has been reported to management that a silver Altima has been parking overnight at the clubhouse, license #GZL1208. If this is your vehicle or know who it belongs to, please call our office at 845-895-8122.

Any cars found at the clubhouse after hours and unattended will be reported to the police and towed at the owners expense.

There are also reports of illegal dumping by the clubhouse. Please do not dump anything in the clubhouse trash bins or dump any debris along the road leading up to the clubhouse.
