Dear Homeowner:

The Streamside Knolls Board of Directors have made some revisions to the Rules & Regulations of Streamside Knolls. A full copy can be found here. 

Use of Property:

n) Any exterior additions or alterations of a Home must be in the style originally used by the developer in the Development. An Architectural Review form is needed for any exterior changes, front, side or rear, that you would like to make to your home. The form must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors for approval. This includes but not limited to sheds, roofs, pools, hot-tubs, ice rinks, decks, portable pools etc.

Tennis Court Rules:

12. Pets (dogs, cats etc.), toys (including bicycles, roller skates, etc.) and food are not permitted on courts.

We ask that you continue to follow CDC rules , all unvaccinated Homeowners and Guests must safe distance or wear a mask if you are unable to so.

Please be advised that our landscape company (Eastern View) will be perforing the 2nd fertilization of the season on June 10th.

Please make sure that you fill out and submit an Architectural Review form for any exterior changes, front or rear, that you would like to make to your home. This includes but not limited to sheds, roofs, pools, hot-tubs, ice rinks, and decks etc.

You can email our property manager, Amalie Thomas, Spinnaker Management to obtain a form. If you have plans on doing work this summer, plan on submitting the information early as approvals are good for (1) year. If you are interested in volunteering for the ARB Committee, please submit letter of interest via email to amalie@spinnakerusa.com.

SKHOA is inviting members of the community to volunteer for this committee that will bring uniformity to the landscaping at cul de sacs and main entrances. If you are interested, please submit letter of interest via email to amalie@spinnakerusa.com.

The annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 28th. Residents will be notified with details.

The pool will be opening on Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 29th and will remain open until Labor Day. The pool will be open from 3pm to 8pm Monday through Friday from May 29th until the pool opens full time on June 25th (11am - 8pm). The covid-19 pool rules are included and guidelines apply as last year.
